Age Groups:

  • Mini Mantis = 3 to 5 years
  • Young Mantis = 5 to 8 years (must be attending school i.e. Prep)
  • Junior Mantis = 9 to 13 years
  • Senior Mantis = 14 years and over
  • Fitness Kickboxing = This is a fun, fast paced fitness class where you will learn proper Kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques.

* please note age groups are a guide only and exceptions can be made within reason based on the abilities of the student and also trying to keep siblings together.
